Here are three new algorithmically generated pictures using code I wrote in Processing. I'm quite fond of them, they seem to have a slightly ethereal Rothko quality.
It's been forever and ever and ever since I had any minutes to visit and THIS is what I find!! It's fantastic! The artist/computer geeky brother of mine loves Processing, too. He's just learning and is only modifying the code that's in the books, but even THAT is pretty fricking amazing!
I'm sorry and embarrassed I still haven't purchased my book of your photos. SHAME and ful. Feels like I have no business raving about these, but I'm going to, anyway. Rave rave rave.
I don't know if this is a sign that I need to have my head examined, as they say, but I'm having a pretty powerful Rorschach moment with these - #2 looks like a toothy x-ray to me, and I can really clearly see a swan in #3.
Perhaps I shouldn't be admitting to this in public.
Booda Baby, Processing is massive amounts of fun, I recommend it.
Churlita, glad you like them!
Miss Weeza, you can see a swan in the third one because there is a swan there. All the images are derived from processing a photograph and that one had a swan in it. You're still weird, just not as weird as perhaps you'd feared.
Mr Atrocity is a largish furry omnivore most often found in an urban environment. Sightings confirm a preference for tweed and tea. He is easily lured into traps baited with a well placed cup of Assam and a slice of ginger cake. Hunters have exploited this weakness to the point where he is on the verge of extinction.

Those are very cool. I'm glad you posted them.
