Blueberry Pancakes, Bacon and Maple Syrup

These were the pancakes I made from scratch. This is the second batch. Following Margaret's advice I'm freezing the (inevitable) excess pancakes. Yum.

I'm getting the hang of them now I think. It seems that getting the consistency of the batter and the quantity of batter per pancake are the two crucial factors.
